To His Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session
of the Peace at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for
the said County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the sd Poor of the Parish of Christ Church in
the City of London .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of John Crost Barn father
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and forth City and
Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twelfth day of October instant Elizabeth Bingenden< no role >
Singlewoman and Richard< no role > her Male Bastard Child aged
four Months were removed from the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
So the said Parish of Christ Church in [..]
the Place of the last Legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Bingenden whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggreived and against the said Order do appeal.

Your. Petitioner therefore humbly Pray
that the said Appeal may be received another
heaving and determining thereof adjourned
over until the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden at Hicks Hall in and for the said
County of Middlesex And that Your Petitioners
may have such Retiot in the Premises as to
your Worships shall seem meet.
