Chargeable to the said Parish.
That the said Samuel Clarke< no role >
and his said Wife and Children,
have not any Provision wherewith to Maintain them other then
from the Labour and Employ of the said Samuel Clarke< no role >

neglects to provide for his Family
whereby they are become destitute of support.
That the said Editha his Wife
has applied to Your Petitioners
for Relief and has been relieved by them.
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray

may be
compelled to Maintain his Family or that such
other Order may be made in the Premises as to this
Court shall seem meet.
