In the Exchequer

Please to move the Court for an Order upon the
Sheriff of the County of Middlesex to deliver to the Clerk of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex the Estreat of all Fries &
set and imposed Michaelmas 1778 and Michaelmas 1779
now in his Possession in Order that the said Clerk of the Peace
ma add thereto the Estreat of a fine set and imposed upon one Ann
Ferwick< no role > at the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the
said County of Middlesex in the Month of January 1779 for a
certain Misdemeanour which fine was unintentionally omitted to
be inserted in the said General Estreat weaver the Same after such
addition and return the said Estreat so a mended into this Court and
that the Clerk of the Estreat a other proper Officer do deliver to the
said Clerk of the Peace the duplicate of the said General Estreat new
in his Possession in order that a like entry may be made therein
On that the Sheriff and proper Officer aforesaid may being the
said Estreat and duplicate into this Honourable Court in order
that the Estreat of the said fine may be inserted therein or added
thereto in such manner as the Court shall direct.
