The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of the
St Mary Aldermary in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of removal under
the Hands and Seals of Sir James Esdaile< no role > Knt. and
Cad: Coker< no role > Esqr two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 27th day of Augt last Catherine Heyborne< no role >
wife of Richard Heyborne< no role > (who is gone away and left her)
and her two Children namely Rebecca < no role > aged about three years
and John < no role > aged about one year and an half were removed
and conveyed from and out of the parish of St Luke to the
said parish of St Mary Aldermary London as the place
of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved do Appeal against the same
and pray that your Worships would appoint
a Day in this present Session for the
hearing and determining of the same
