YOU having been Summoned to attend at the present Ge-
neralSession of the Peace, held at [..]
Saint John Street on Monday the 13th Day of
Septemr Inst. to enquire, present, do and execute all and Singu-
lar Such Matters and Things as on the Behalf of our Sovereign
Lord the King should be then and there enjoined you; but
not appearing accordingly, the Court have imposed a [..]
upon you for such Neglect, which will consequent be Estreat
ed into the Court of Exchequer , and levied upon your Goods
and Chattels, unless you can Shew good Cause to the Court
