Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
George
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of

Esquires
two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the said County
of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Tenth day of April now last past
Mary Ponder< no role >
Wife of
Charles
Ponder< no role >
who hath deserted and left her and her three Children Vizt.

aged about four years
William< no role >
aged about two Years
and
Ann< no role >
aged about Two Months were removed and conveyed
from and out of the parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the
county of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint George as the
Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Ponder and
her said three Children
Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Adjudication of the said Two Justices and
therefore humbly appeal to this Court against the
same And play your Worships will appoint a Day
for the hearing and determining the said Appeal
And your Petitioner will ever pray Etc.
