Hall in and for the County of Middlesex by
Adjournment on tuesday the Ninth day of
January One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy

It is Ordered that the within named John Young< no role > have
notice of this Petition and that he and all partys concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday the Eleventh day of January
instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and abide the Determination of this Court touching
the said Petition
