Assaulting him and Causing a Tumult about his Person
A Bill was in the Octr: Sessions found agt. the deft & he
not Appearing agreeable to the Recognizce. the Prosecutor obtained
2d a Bench Warrant which the Deft Superseded by Entring into
a Recognizce. before Major Spirnage for his Appearance at
the then next Sessions December & have forfeited that Recoginzce. the Prosecr.
contained a 2d Bench Warrt. & after some time he was taken thereon
[..] into a third Recognizce. for his Appearce at [..]
next Sessions but before the Commenct. of that Session the [..]
havg been taken into Custody for a Fraud (the Prosr. was willing
to wait the went of that Prosecutn. We are since Informed them
Offair has been settled bet him & the Prosecr. in that me so
that he was discharge on Entg into a Common Recognizce)
As the Deft has forfeited the last Recognizce. Entred into for his
Appearance in this Mre - Please therefore move that the sevs.
