To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Sessions of the Peace at Hick's Hall assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the parish of St: Anthony
oulgarly called St. Antholin's London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and Seals of Thomas
Kynaston
< no role > and Peter Planck< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster bearing date the Twentieth
day of October 1769 John Lillebon< no role > and Beatrice< no role >
his Wife were Removed from the Parish of
St: Martin in the Fields within the said Liberty
of Westminster to the said parish of St: Anthony
as the place of their And legal settlement, whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore do
humbly appeal to this Court
against the same and do
Pray that your Worships will
appoint same day in this present
Sessions for hearing and
determining the said Appeal
