That your Petitioners said Master
hired a Lodging for him when your
Petitioner by laying with strange people
got the Itch which it cost your
Petitioners Father two Guineas to get
him cured of and that your Petitioner
is totally unable of being instructed in
the said Business of a Coachmaker
if he continues with the said Thomas Tew< no role >
his Master

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly prays your Worships
to order him to be discharged
from his said apprenticeship
or make such further order
in the premisses as your
Worships shall think fit

And your Petitioner as in
Duty bound will ever pray Etc
