from the Admiralty Board hee this Depont.
on or abot. the fifteenth day of January last
Prferr'd an indictmt. agt. the Dependt. James
Anderson< no role > at Hick's Hall in the Said County for
referring Wm Rollison< no role > & Richard Price< no role > two Mariner
belonging to her Majts: ship the Jersey who had
deserted from the said ship & made their Escape
which Said Indictmt. was found Billa were upon
the Evidence of John Oliver< no role > , Morgan Hopkins< no role >
Robert Douglas< no role > & Alexander Dunbar< no role > And this
Depont. Further Saith that hoe hath us'l his utmost
Endeavour to Sub [..] gett the Said witnesses in readiness
agt. this Sessions now held at the Old Bailey
London & hath writt to the Said Dunber to that
Purpose on Board ye this Jersey, but hath
not had any answer nor doeth this Depont. Know
Where to find the said witnesses but beleives the
Said ship Jersey is Since Sail'd & remaines at sea
