That yor. Petrs. said Son by his Indenture of Apprentice
this dated the 13 0. July
1704 Did put himselfe Apprentice to John Fox< no role >
of the parish of St. Gyles in the feilds
in the said County Cordweyner
for the term of Seven yeares comencing from the
date of the Same Indenture as thereby may appeare.
That in Some time after the said John Fox< no role >
caused yor. Petrs. said Son to leave his Said
Service and ordered him to yor. Petr. for his Mainteynance alledging that he would
not any longer entertain him in his said Service whereupon yor. Petr. Sent his said
son to Sea
Yet never the less the said John Fox< no role >
doth insist to have the benefitt of yor.
Petrs. Said Sons wages whereby yor. Petr. conceives himselfe aggreived.
That the said Matter having been heard before the Worsppll. Justices Bucknall who
thereupon ordered the said Jno. Fox< no role >
to deliver up the said Indenture to be concelled
and made void which he refused Soe to doe
