Upon mocon made unto this Court by Mr. Darnall It is Ordered
by this Court that Samuel Cleavely< no role > (who stands bound by
recognizance for his appearance at the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be held for this County after Mary
his servant shall be delivered of a Bastard child of which
she was pregnant to answer the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of Wapping stepney for begetting of the same
be discharged of his sd recognizance unless the sd. Chuchwardens
& Overseers of the poor same or one of them doe upon
notice of this Order shew unto this Court on [..] Friday
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon good cause to the
contrary
