St Mary Newington Butt in the County of Surry

These are to give you notice that I will appear att the Sessions of peace
to be held att Hicks Hall in St John street in the [..] County of Middx by
adjornmt on Saturday the twelfth day of July instant att tenn of
the clock in the forenoon and then & there pray to be discharged of
[..] the recognizance taken for my appearance att the said Sessions
to answer your complaint for begetting a bastard Child or Children on
the body of Jane Jewell< no role > which is or are (as if alledged) likely to become chargeable to the
sd parish of St Mary Newington Butts
