of this County One Whitethorne
a Child about Eleven weeks old was passed from the parish of
St: Gyles without Cripplegate
in the County of Middlesex
to the

parish of St: Mary Newington
in the County of Surrey
as the place
of his last legall Settlement
That Yor. Petioners can made it appear to this Honble: Court
that the saidWhitethorne was never legally setled [..]
