peace of the County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St: Mary
Newington in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

Thay by Warrant under the hands and Seales of two of her Majesties:
Justices of the peace of this County One Whitethorne
a Child about Eleven weeks old was passed from the parish of
St: Gyles without Cripplegate in the County of Middlesex to the
sd parish of St: Mary Newington in the County of Surrey as the place
of his last legall Settlement

That Yor. Petioners can made it appear to this Honble: Court
that the saidWhitethorne was never legally setled [..]
the said parish of St: Mary Newington & finding themselves
agreived by the said order of removall

Yor. peticoners therefore most humbly Appeal against
the said Order & pray your Worships to be pleased to order
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St: Gyles without Cripplegate may [..]
Appear in this Honble; Court this prsent Session to
Show cause why the said Whitethorne Should [..]
not be repassed to the parish of St: Gyles without
Cripplegate
