the date of the Said Indenture for the Space of Nine Years, as by the
Sd Indenture may appeare with whom yor. Peticonr recd. noe money

has frequently
Imbezelled yor Peticonrs. Goods, and divers times deserted his Service without
leave, whereby yor. petr. hath been considerably damnified
That yor. peticonr there upon obtained a Warrant from Mr. Justice
Negus, who upon non Conformety of the Apprentice, has bound over the
apprentice to appe in this Court this prsent Session.
Yor. Petr. humbly prayes yor. Worshipps will be pleas'd to
appoint a day this prsent Sessionto orderthat the said
