That Yor. Peticonr. being an Inhabitant of the pish of
of Andrew Holborn in the County of Middx aforesaid payes
only Thirteen pounds P annum for the Rent of a very Small
house, But is Eaxee by the Assesser. of the poore's Rate
Twelve Shillings a yeare, wth is much more the he was
ever Assessed before till the last year, & as ninth again
as Some of his Neighbours (far more able then himselfs)
doe pay, the their Rents are higher then his
