Bartholomew< no role > of the Pish of St. Johns Wapping in this County Marriner
For the Term of Five Years & a halfe as by the Judge of Appentishipp
Appeares

That the sd. John Bartholomew< no role > is lately come home from a Voyage to
sea & hath not Only barbourously used yor. Petrs. Sd. Son in such his Voyage
but hath Left in parts beyond the Seas And forasmuch as your
Petr. paying 20 Guineas 14 Pold to the sd. Bartholomew with his sd. Son

Yor Petr. therefore most humbly prayes
your worshipps to be pleased to Order that
the sd. John Bartholomew< no role > may Appear in
