an Act of Parliament for the discharge of insolvent<lb></lb>
Prisonrs. & did send a man, in his Stead, into her Majesties<lb></lb>
Service, as the said Act directs, by wch. the body of every<lb></lb>
prisonr. so discharged is declared for ever Free, from<obscured></obscured>

debs Contracted or due before the Eighth day of Novr. 1703.<lb></lb>

said Act allows & directs for wch. Contempt, the said Wapshott,<lb></lb>
was fined by the said Justices & did in Aprill last, by the order<lb></lb>
of yor. worships pay the fine (namely £10.) into Court into the<lb></lb>
hands of one Mr. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50688_n261-3">James Preston</rs>

by the said Mr Preston, wch. yor. Petitionr did Recive & gives his hearing<lb></lb>
& humble thanks for the same, to this Honble. Bench but by<lb></lb>
reason of his Long imprisonmt. Loss of business & great charge<lb></lb>
of Children; with the charge of his obtaining his freedome<lb></lb>
being at Least Eighteen pounds, for wch. hee yor. Petitionr. was<lb></lb>
forced to sell even his clothes & tools (being a Carpenter) & not<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
so but even his Daughters allso, by wch. yor. Petitionr. is reduced, even<lb></lb>
to the greatest it conveniencys of Extreem Poverty</p>
<p n="262">Therefore yor. Petitionr. Humbly prayes yor.<lb></lb>
Worships, to be so charitably Kind; as to order him<lb></lb>
the other five pounds; now in the hands of<lb></lb>
