a smoaking room to he
erected in Clerkenwell

Inclosd have sent You a drawing of a Bath
& Smoaking Room as orderd by the Goal Comme
but Mr. Hall says it has been misunderstood
that a Bath will by no means do. in the Garden
that it woud make a considerable defference in
Servants. Wages to attend the prisoners there &
that a Bathing Sub. in their Wards woud anndr.
all the purpose & I may further add in that
case that the laying on the Water may as well
be laid aside as they may as well carry in Tulbs
what little Water they want to the Copper. A Room
for the purpose only of smoaking the prisoners Cloath
together with a Copper may be erected for £20.0
