Westminster in the County of Middlesex Yeoman the prosecutor in this Cause
Maketh Oath and Saint that he this Deponent did on or about the fourth
day of December Instant receive the Annext Notice of Trial in this
Cause from the defendant and this deponent further Saith that the said
defendant did not appear according to such Notice and the same has not
been Countermanded to the Knowledge on Belief of this deponent
