Elias Jonas< no role > of Brook Street in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that he did on the Ninth
day of October Instant leave a true Copy of the Notice of tryal hereunto
annexed with the Landlord of the Swan Inn at Knights bridge (a place
where the Said Prosecutrix Sometimes Resorts to, as this Deponent hath been
informed and which Information he believes to be true and Saith that
the said Land Lord promised this Deponent that he should see the
Prosecuting in a [..] day or two from that time and that he would deliver the said
Notice to her and lastly this Deponent Saith that the said Notice of
Trail hath not Since such Service as aforesaid been Countermanded
to this Deponents knowledge or belief
