the Prosecutor abovementioned with the Notice of Tryal hereunto
annexed by delivering to his wife at his House in Chequer
Court Saint Catherines
Lane a true Copy of the said Annexd
Notice and at the same time he acquainted her with the
Contents thereof and saith that she promised this
Deponent to deliver the said Notice to her Husband the
Prosecutor abovementioned so soon as he came home which
would be in a few hours then next following And Lastly
this Deponent Saith that the said Notice of tryal hath
not since such Service as aforesaid been Countermanded
to this Deponents knowledge or belief
