[..] John Harper< no role > of Edgeware Road in the Parish of St. Mary Le
Bone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh oath that on
Saturday the fourth day of July instant at the lodgings of Richard
Barnett< no role > the above mentioned Prosecutor in Graster Court
in the said Parish he this Deponent delivered a true Copy
of the Notice hereunto annexed unto a Woman who appeared
to be the Wife of the said Richard Barnett< no role > and at the same
time informed her [..] of the purport and meaning thereof
And this Deponent further saith that on the [..] Second day after hest
delivered the said Notice as aforesaid being Monday the Sixth day of July instant he met the said Richard
Barnett< no role > and that then he the said Richard Barnett< no role > acknowledged
that he had received the said Notice and that the same hath Not
been Countermanded to the best of my Knowledge & Def [..]
