Take Notice that I the said William Weller< no role > intend to appear at the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday the
fourteenth Day of July instant as Eight of the Clock in the Morning and then
and there prosecute my Traverse with Effect on an Indictment by you
preferred against me for an Assault Dated the EightDay of July
1778.
