Take Notice that I will Personally appear at the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex by
Adjournment) On Wednesday the third day of June next
at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon and then will then and
there try my Traverse on the Indictment by you as above
preferred Against me Dated this 25th. day of May 1778.
