Take Notice that I shall on Wednesday the
twenty ninth Day of April instant at 9 oClock in the forenoon
personally be and appear at the next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be then Holden at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
and then and there Try my Traverse on the above
prosecution Dated this 22d.Day of April 1778
