MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks Hall , in Saint John Street ,the Guildhall in King Street Westminster
(by adjournent) on Thursday the Fourth
Day of December in the EighteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas James Wallace< no role > of Hanworth in the said County Esquire Hath at
this present Session Exhibited his petition and appeal Setting forth That by a rate or
Assessment. made for the relief of the poor of the parish of Hanworth in the said County Intitled
"October Thirty first One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Seven at a Vestry then held
"a Rate was made for the relief of the poor of the parish of Hanworth of Six pence in the
"Pound full Rents." The petitioner Hands Charged at and after the yearly value of Seventy
Pounds which is for beyond what he ought to be heard at and that many of the Parishioner
of the said parish are therein Charged and assessed at much lower Sums than they ought to be
Whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said
Respondents It is Ordered that the hearing and determining of the said Appeal be and
the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be
holden for the said County and on notice hereof in the mean time to begiven to James
Wallace
< no role > Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Guildhall aforesaid
on Thursday the fifteenth day of January next at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
