aforesaid Labourer maketh Oath and saith that on Monday
the Twenty Third day of June Instant he served Benjamin
Franklin< no role > the Prosecutor or an Indictment for Assault on
him by Thomas Robins< no role > with a Notice of Trial to try
the Traverse of the said Indictment at the Guildhall in
Kings Street in the City of Westminster and County aforesd
on Monday the Thirtieth day of June Instant and this Depone [..]
further saith that the annexed is a true Copy of the said
Notice and has not been since Countermanded.
