It is ordered that it be and it is hereby aferred to some one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County sitting at the Rotation
Office in Litchfield Street acting in Holborn Division on Two Days
Notice previously to be given by the Defendant of the name addition.
and place of abode of the person or persons intending to become Bail
to Mr. Litchfield of Essex Street in the Strand Solicitor of the Custom
to take good and sufficient Bail for the personal Appearance of the said
Defendants at the said Session of the peace to prosecute their Traverse
the said Indictinent Indictment.
