The Defendts: standing Indicted foot he above offence at the last
Session were taken into Custody on a Bench Warrant, Star & Robison
were Bailed in the First Instance therein before the Worshipfull Mr.
Justice Wilmott Betty Angel< no role > not being able then to procure Bail
was committed to Clerkenwell Bridewell but afterwards dischargd
on Surities that are deemed [..] very Defective, & they have not
either of them given Notice of Fryal & it is Presumed intend to user
every Means possible to avoid the Prosecution,

It is therefore Requested that a Bench Warrant may
be granted against the Defts. & not to be Bailable without giving
to the Prosn: 48. Yours Noticeto Prosecutor
