Jellicoe

William Burcham< no role > of Highgate in the County of
Middlesex Coachmaker the Defendant in this
Cause Maketh Oath That he was Indicted at the
last Session of the Peace holden for the County of
Middlesex And did Intend to Try his Traverse
there an at this Present Session And for that purpose
did Sue out a Subpana to Serve on one Sarah
Boyce
< no role > who is a Material Witness for this Deponent on
the Trial of the said Indictment And Saith that
for that purpose he did on Tuesday the Twenty Eighth
day of November last go to one Mrs: Watsons near
the New Church in the Strand where he had been
Informed she LodgedAnd on his enquiry
there of the said Mrs: Watson she told him the
said Sarah Boyce< no role > was gone with a Family to Norwich
and that she expected her in Town very soon And lastly
Saith that he this Deponent hopes and verily believes he will be
able to produce the said Sarah Bayce on the Tryal of the said Indictment
next Session. c,
