[..] Adam James Adam< no role > and William Adam< no role > some or one of them one Lease of a Messuage
[..] ment on the West side of Robert Street being the first Northward from the River Thomas
[..] also one Lease of the lowest Range of Vaults erected and made under the (same (the [..] Message
and Vaults being erected upon Part of the Ground comprized in the above [..] ucited Articles and upon
Part of the said Slip Vizt. so much thereof as is demised by the within written Indenture of Lease)
at the respective Rent of a Pepper Corn in order that the same may be assigned to the said James Earl
of Salisbury and he be thereby enabled to secure the said Ground Rent of Fifty Pounds Sixteen Shilling
Now these Presents Witness that for and in Consideration of the said Agreement
and in part performance thereof and also in Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings of lawfull
Money of Great Britain by the said Lord Charles Spencer< no role > and Sir Philip Musgrave< no role > to the said John

these Presents well and truly paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged They the said John

Hath bargained Sold Assigned Transferred and sett ever ad by these Presents Do and
each and every of them Doth Bargain Sell. Assign Transferr and sett over unto the said Lords

the within mentioned Peice or Parcell of Ground and all directions and Buildings thereon built and all
[..] other the premises comprized and demised by the within written Indenture with their

do for themselves severally and not jointly or the one for the other but each-for himself his respective
Executors and Administrators covenant promise and declare to and with the said Lord Charles Spencers
and Sir Philip Musgrave< no role > their Executors Administrators and Assigns that they the said John

committed or wittingly or willingly sufferdany Act Deed Matter or Thing whatsoever whereby or by
reason or means whereof the said Peice or Parcell of Ground and Promises hereby assigned or any Part
thereof are is can shall or may be impeached charged or incumbred in Title Charge Estate or otherwise

have hereunto set their hands and Seals this nineteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and seventy four and in the fourteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
