Take Notice that I intend personally to appear
at the General Session of the peace to be holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street on Tuesday next
the fourteenth Instant then and there to Try my Traverse on a
Bill of Indictment preferred by you against me in January
Sessions last for a certain Tresapass and Assault Dated the 8th Day
of February 1775
