the County of Middlesex and who is Indicted by the Christian Name of Mary< no role > corneth here into Court in her own
proper person and having heard the said Indictment read she says that from the time of her Baptism unto
the time of taking of this Inquisition of the said Elizabeth Gahagan< no role > hath been and yet is Called and Known by the
Name of Jennett without That That she is called Mary as in the said Indictment she is untruly named and
this she is ready to verifye wherefore she prays Judgment of the said Indictment and that the same may
be Quash't etc.
