the same place Victualler make oath and say and each of them for
himself respectively maketh oath and saith that they and each of
them were present and did see the sd: James Wrighte< no role > the Prosecutor
above named sign, seal, And as his act and deed deliver the within
mentioned Deed of Release And that the name James Wrighte against
the seal of the within Release subscribed is of the proper hand writing
of the said James Wrighte< no role > the Prosecutor abovenamed And this
deponent Thomas Green< no role > for himself further saith that the name
Thos. Green subscribed to the within deed of Release, as a witness
to the Execution thereof is of the proper hand writing of this deponent
And the said Joseph Andrew< no role > for himself further saith that the name
Jos: Andrew subscribed to the within deed of Release as a
witness to the Execution thereof is the proper hand writing of this
deponent
