Carpenter
and Builder Maketh Oath that He hath made diligent Search and
Enquiry Since the last Session at Several places in Order to find out the
Residence and place of Abode of the abovenamed Prosecutor And also to
Serve him Personally with the Notice of Trial and Order of Court hereunto
Annexed and notwithstanding his Utmost Endeavours so to do hath not
been able to Meet with him And this Deponent further Saith that he did
On Tuesday the Twenty ninth day of November last leave a true Copy of
the said Notice of Trial and Order of Court at the Union Coffee House
in
Corntule with the Master of the said Coffee House the only likely place where the said Notice and Order might
Come to the hands of the said prosecutor as he was informed that the said
Prosecutor frequently Comes there and which Information he believes to
be true And lastly this Deponent Saith that the said Notice of Trial hath
not since been Countermanded to this Deponents knowledge or belief
