The above named Defts were tried and found Guilty in
September Session last. The Court ordered them to remain
on their Recognizances and respited judgment tile this Session
to give them an opportunity to settle the matter with the
Prosecutor for which purpose they have never applied but
seem totally to diversgard the order of the Court and the Verdict of
the Jury
