herself Saith that She did pay to Mr. Freeman Clerk
to Mr. Charles Eyles< no role > after May Session last five Shillings
and four pence at Mr. Eyles's house in Breams
buildings for the discharge of this Deponents
Recognizance And this Deponent Dennis Mc. Daniel
for himself Saith that he was present at Mr. Eyles's
how and did see the said Mary Bedard pay to the
said Mr. Freeman five Shillings and four pence for
the purpose of Discharging her Recognizance
