Victualler Maketh Oath That an Indictment was preferred
& found against the abovenamed Defendant at Hicks's Hall
in & for the said County of Middlesex in July Sessions last
which Indictment hath been Bailed & General releases
on both Sides Duly Executed, One part of which that is
Executed by Prosecutor is in the Custody of a person
who Detains the same On Account of a Dispute between
the Defendant & him As this Deponent is informed
& Verily belevies to be true
