MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday the Fourteenth
Day of April in the Fourteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

A Bill of Edward Hall< no role > Gent. Governor of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell for subsistance Money pay'd by him to
Vagrants while in custody amounting to the sum of three Pounds
one Shillings and two pence being laid before this Court for payment
and it appearing by writing under the Hands ofMr John Walford< no role >
and Benjamin Cowley< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex to whom it was Referr'd to
examine that the Charges in the said Bill were Just and reasonable
It is ordered that Mr John Benson< no role > the County Treasurer do pay
unto the said Edward Hall< no role > the said sum of three Pounds one
Shilling and two pence in full of his Demand And that the Receipt
of the said Edwd Hall together with this order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payments
