May last past this Deponent was bound by Recognizance in the Penalty
of Ten Pounds to Prosecute one John Wilkins< no role > for a Misdemeanor at the this
next Sessions and which this Deponent actually Intended to have done bu [..]
was prevented by being taken ill of a Nalignant Fever and Continued Gabeenilty
bad for upwards of Two months by reason whereof she had it not in her
Power to Attend the Court to Prosecute the said John Wilkins< no role > without imoni [..]
Danger of her Life& did not Stay away out of any favor or Affertion
to the Prisoner
