Samuel Dayton< no role > of Southmins in the County of
Middlesex Shopkeeper maketh Oath That he hath
received a Letter from Mr Charles Eyles< no role > the Deputy Clerk
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex setting
forth that he is bound for the Appearance of one Joseph
Dargue
< no role > at December Session last at Hicks Hall and that
for want of Dargue's appearance this Deponents recognizance
in become forfeited and this Deponent further saith
That We never became Bail for Joseph Darne's [..]
Appearance at this or at any other Session nor does
he Know any Person of the name of Joseph Darg [..]
but is positive that some other person has personate [..]
this Deponent and made use of his Name for the
purpose afroesaid
