Take Notice that I intend to appear at the next General
Session of the Peace to he held by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall
Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Wednesday
the Twentieth day of October next at Eight of the Clock in the
Forenoon of the same day and then and there plead to and Try
my Traverses on the Two Indictments by you preferred against
me One for a Fraud and the other for a Conspiracy. Dated
