You were bound for the Appearance of
MatthewJohn Fleming< no role > at Decr. Session last
at Hicks - Hall , who not appearing, your Recognizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying £10 on your Goods and Chattels; unless
Care be taken to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a
Respite at the next Session, which will begin at HICKS - HALL
on the 18th. Day of Octr. Instt. next.
