maketh Oath and Saith That he went in Company
with a Friend of his on Monday the Thirteenth
day of this Instant July to Gloucester Street in And
near Red Lyon quare in the said County in order to take
the said Richard Woolward< no role > into Custody and surrender
him to this Honourable Court but he was informed
by his Brother William Woodward< no role > that he was
gone to Oxford upon a [..] And this Deponent
further saith that he hath used his utmost Endeavours to
