Filth and Rubbish but also unfit for the<lb></lb>
Purpose being too small to hold above five persons and without any Peace<lb></lb>
whatever for securing disorderly Persons<del>in</del>
that may be apprehended or given<lb></lb>
in Charge to the Constable or Headborough of the Night who are Obli<del>d</del>
ged to<lb></lb>
send them to Prison until they can be carried before a Magistrate<del>the next day</del>

That for those reasons and a sit will tend to the greater Improvement of that pa<obscured></obscured>

of the Parish if the said Watch House was<del>pulled down and entirely</del>
removed a<obscured></obscured>

more convenient one erected<del>and built</del>
in some other part of the Parish as well<lb></lb>
