for this County, You entered into a RECOGNIZANCE)
not having appeared according to the Condition of such
Recognizance, the same became forfeited, and must be
ESTREATED into his Majesty's Court of Exchequer , in Order
to the issuing Process for levying the Penalty thereon;
unless respited by the Court, on your Appearance, and
Application, to stay Proceedings at the next General Quar-
ter Session, to be holden by Adjournment, At HICKS'S-
HALL , in St. John's-Street , on Tuesday the 20th. Instant
at 4 O'Clock in the Afternoon
