Clerk of the Peace 's Office, Middlesex ,
4th. July- 1772.

SIR,
You being bound over to appear
at the last October Session, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Pur-
pose it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the
Court of Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process
thereon against you for levying the Penalty; Unless by
Appearance and proper Application to stay Proceedings
thereon at the next Session, which will begin at [..] Hicks
hall , in [..] Saint John Street , [..] on Monday the 13th
day of July next, the Estreat shall be respited by the
Court.
