Take Notice that I shall Personalley appear the next Session
of Our and Terminer Adjurned Session of Peace to be Holden at
Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middx
on Friday the first day of May next at Nine of the Clock in the fore
noon of the same day then and there to Plead a Plea of not Guilty to
and at the same time take my Tryal on an Indictment by you Prefer
and fond against me for an Assault
